Post Universal Air Fuzzy. Elbow Crossup > Vanish > Dragon Rush is necessary to make the mix up real. The super jump is very tight, you have to do it as soon as possible after the snap. It's possible to do the combo afterwards with taller characters however it's very tight. You have to super jump as soon as possible when you land.
